INDIAN TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS
Required Documents and checklist:
- Online application form (Chologhuri will process it for you) with duly signed
- 2 copies of 2x2 sized picture, one picture will be attached with the application form, and take another picture with the application form
- National ID Card/Birth Certificate photocopy (which is used while filling out the form)
- Electricity bill/Gas Bill/ Telephone bill copy for the last month (original and photocopy both) to prove the residential address which is used in the form
- Bank Statement of the last six months (minimum balance 50,000 per person)/Dollar endorsement of 200$ from any reputed bank (Endorsement from money exchange is not allowed)
- NOC from the employee (if employed)/ Updated trade license copy (if Businessman)
- Visiting card/Office ID card
- Passport information/bio page photocopy
- Previous Indian visa page photocopy (if any)
- All original passports (new and old)
Additional documents:
- If there is any correction in your new passport from the previous one (i.e name/date of birth, place of birth, etc), then an attested original copy from Law and Foreign ministry needs to be submitted
- Marriage certificate/Nikahnama copy (if spouse name is not indicated in the passport)
- GD copy (if you lost your previous passport)
- Divorce paper (If you indicate unmarried in the application but you you’re your spouse’s name in the passport)
- Other papers (if any)
