Loyalty Program Terms & Condition (Eastern Bank Ltd.)

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Customer must be a valid Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) EBL SKYCOINS member
  2. Customer needs to follow the usual EBL SKYOCINS redemption process to avails robishop vouchers
  3. Upon redemption, EBL SKYCOINS member will receive the e voucher code to the registered e mail address. This code can be used on https://robishop.com.bd/
  4. The e voucher is valid for 60 days & the validity cannot be extended
  5. Customer purchase value must be higher than coupon code value
  6. Any unused value cannot be carried forward & will be considered as forfeited
  7. Customer must be logged into ‘robishop’ to place any order using the e voucher code
  8. ‘robishop’ owned by Robi Axiata PLC. and GIFT is collaborating on this exclusive campaign and will not interfere in either parties core business process
  9. Robi Axiata PLC. and robishop has no inputs in the decision-making regarding voucher/coupon generation and disbursement process
  10. robishop will only be dealing with the delivery and return of the products or services ordered
  11. Customer will be able to use the discount on ‘Marketplace’ items available in THIS LINK
  12. Customer will be able to enjoy additional robishop-specific benefit (i.e.: robishop product discounts, payment discounts and other ongoing special robishop offers)
  13. Delivery SLA will remain the same as per regular robishop order flow
  14. Robi Axiata PLC. or robishop has no rights/authority to re-enable used vouchers, customer needs to communicate with EBL
