Terms & Conditions – Same Day Delivery

  1. Eligibility for Same Day Delivery

Same Day Delivery is only valid for orders that are confirm on the same calendar day before 11:59 AM (Bangladesh time). Orders confirmed after this cut‑off time will not be eligible for Same Day Delivery and will delivered the next available day.

Each product page will clearly display the official label and the necessary link.

  1. Delivery Areas

Same Day Delivery service is available only within the following delivery zones:

  • Banani
  • Mohakhali
  • Gulshan‑1
  • Gulshan‑2
  • Niketon
  • Baridhara DOHS
  • Tejgaon I/A
  • Bashundhara R/A
  • 300 Feet

Delivery outside these areas will not qualify for Same Day Delivery unless explicitly stated.

  1. Customer Availability

Customers must be reachable at the provided phone number and at the delivery address during the delivery period. If the delivery personnel are unable to reach or deliver the product due to-

  • Customer being unreachable
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer refusal to accept delivery

Then the Same Day Delivery will be considered missed. In such cases, Robishop will not held liable in any form for the delay or missed delivery, and no refunds or guarantees for Same Day Delivery will apply.

  1. Cut‑off Time & Processing
  • Only confirmed orders before 11:59 AM will process for same day delivery.
  • Orders confirmed after the cut‑off will automatically schedule for delivery on the next available delivery day.
  1. Product Availability

Same Day Delivery is only applicable to products that are in stock at the time of your order confirmation. Stock availability is subject to change based on real‑time inventory.

  1. Delivery Partners and Timing

Delivery time may vary depending on product size, delivery partner capacity, traffic conditions, and weather situations. While we aim for same‑day completion within the serviceable hours, delivery timing cannot guaranteed to a specific hour.

  1. Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and processed for same day delivery, customers may not be able to cancel, reschedule, or change delivery details. If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, no alternative delivery guarantees are provide under this service.

  1. Liability Limitations

robishop is not liable for any delays or service failures caused by third‑party delivery partners, adverse weather, traffic congestion, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
