Device Insurance
Waadaa.Insure offers “Device Insurance” for Robi subscribers to cover the unanticipated risk of accidental breakage of the screen within 1 year from the date of device purchase. The coverage is applicable only to new phones. Waadaa.Insure will cover the repair costs of the screen for a certain rate of premium.
Plan: Mobile Device Display Insurance Plan
Coverage Tenure: 1 Year from the date of enlistment
Device Covered: The insurance pack have to be purchased within 7 days of device purchase.

- NID Number
- Image of Device Purchase Invoice
- Device brand and model
- IMEI
- Device Purchase Date
- Device Value
- Image of Device displaying IMEI with box

Screen Damage:
The coverage will be applicable for accidental breakage of the screen. The claim amount will be at the actual invoice value of the repair cost. One claim will be applicable within the coverage period.
Exclusion:
Any expense other than the repair cost of the broken display will be excluded from the coverage.
Coverage Modality:
Customer will go to authorized service center of the respective brand and repair the device. After repairing the device customer will submit the claim with all required documents.
Required Documents:
- Notify the incident (display breakage) to Robi within 24 hours via email
- Image of phone purchase invoice
** Only system generated invoice is applicable
- Image of the phone box along with the IMEI
- Device receiving paper from the authorized service center
- Repair Invoice
- Customer NID

Claim Settlement:
The claim will be settled within 30 (thirty) days subject to receiving all required documents. The settled amount will be disbursed through the account payee cheque or BFTN to the customer’s bank account/mobile wallet.
