Terms & Conditions – Robishop Valentine’s Day Quiz Campaign


  1. Campaign Period

This campaign is valid for eligible Robishop customers who place qualifying orders between 1 February 2026 and 28 February 2026 and whose orders are successfully delivered within this period.

  1. Eligibility

    a. Customers who purchase products worth BDT 10,000 or more in a single order during the campaign period and whose orders are marked as delivered shall be eligible to participate in the quiz.
    b. Purchase of a qualifying order provides eligibility to participate only and does not guarantee participation or winning.
    c. The campaign is open to individual retail customers only. Corporate, bulk, reseller, employee, vendor, and partner purchases are excluded.
    d. Robishop reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject participation if purchase or identity validation fails.

  2. Quiz Participation

    a. Eligible customers may participate only once.
    b. Participation shall take place only through Robishop’s designated quiz platform and official communication channel.
    c. Robishop does not guarantee quiz access to all eligible customers due to technical, capacity, or operational constraints.
    d. Multiple entries by the same person, whether through identical or different identities, shall result in disqualification.

  3. Quiz Schedule

    a. Quiz dates: 1–3 March 2026
    b. Winners will be announced on 4 March 2026 through Robishop’s official Facebook page and/or direct customer communication.

  4. Winner Selection – Skill-Based Contest

    a. This campaign is a skill-based contest.
    b. Winners shall be selected strictly based on:
  • Accuracy of answers, and
  • Fastest response time
    c. No element of chance, lottery, raffle, or random draw is involved at any stage.
    d. Robishop’s evaluation methodology and decision shall be final and binding.
  1. Prizes

The prizes are:

  • 1 (One) Couple Dinner at Amari Hotel – highest scoring participant
  • 2 (Two) Couple Watch Sets – next two highest scoring participants

All prizes are:

  • Non-transferable
  • Non-exchangeable
  • Not redeemable for cash, credit, or substitution by the winner

Robishop reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of equivalent value if required due to availability or operational reasons.

  1. Prize Utilization

    a. The dinner prize is subject to the terms, availability, and policies of the hotel partner.
    b. Robishop is not responsible for third-party service conditions, booking limitations, or partner policy changes.
    c. Winners must comply with partner redemption requirements.

  2. Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification

Robishop may disqualify any participant who:

  • Provides false or misleading information
  • Uses automated tools or unfair methods
  • Attempts system manipulation
  • Violates these Terms
  • Engages in abusive or fraudulent conduct

Robishop’s decision on disqualification shall be final.

  1. Data & Privacy

By participating, participants consent to the collection and use of their information for:

  • Campaign administration
  • Eligibility verification
  • Winner selection
  • Communication and prize fulfillment

All data shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and Robishop/Robi Axiata PLC internal data protection policies.

  1. Taxes & Charges

Any applicable taxes, duties, or regulatory charges related to prizes shall be borne by the winner unless expressly stated otherwise.

  1. Rights Reserved by Robishop

Robishop reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign
  • Change quiz format, schedule, or scoring process
  • Amend prizes or substitute items of equivalent value
  • Verify participant identity and eligibility

Such actions may be taken for operational, legal, regulatory, or technical reasons without prior notice.

  1. Force Majeure & Regulatory Override

The campaign may be modified, suspended, or cancelled due to force majeure events, regulatory directions, or circumstances beyond Robishop’s control.

  1. Disclaimer

    a. This is a skill-based promotional contest and not a lottery or game of chance.
    b. Purchase enables eligibility only and does not guarantee quiz access or winning.
    c. Limited prizes are available and winning depends solely on quiz performance relative to other participants.

  2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This campaign shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
