Services Draft: Services will be start from the day of E-Scooter Selling & it will be registered in App/ Website by VIN, Customer Mobile Number, Details address, If possible then Email.
1. Authorized Service Requirement:
a. Warranty coverage is valid only if all servicing and repairs are conducted at RYDO authorized service centers.
b. Any servicing carried out by a third party or unauthorized service provider will immediately void the warranty.
2. Liquid Damage Exclusion: The warranty does not cover damage caused by water, moisture, or any type of liquid exposure to the vehicle or its components.
3. Damage or Misuse Exclusions: The warranty will be void if the vehicle or its components are damaged due to: Fire, burning, Road accidents, Misuse or negligence, unauthorized modifications or alterations, natural disasters
4. Warranty Period: The product is covered by a 12-month/5000km Free Servicing in which 06-Month Warranty, divided into two phases:
a. Phase 01: First 6 Months Free servicing of covered/mentioned components/spares parts
b. Phase 02: Next 6 Months Free servicing (labor only), the cost of spare parts will be borne by the owner.
c. Free servicing will be divided in 4-Times, (First: After one month/500km, Rest 3-Free Services every 1500km or every 3-Month, This will applicable on which come first.
5. Coverage Details:
a. Battery: Covers manufacturing defects and major performance degradation.
b. Motor & Controller: Covers defects in materials or workmanship.
c. Electrical Components: Includes the meter, throttle, lighting system, and internal wiring.
d. Charger: Covers manufacturing defects and significant performance issues.
6. Warranty Service Procedure: To claim warranty service, customers must:
a. Visit the nearest authorized RYDO/RFL service center
b. Present a valid proof of purchase and original warranty documentation
c. For the best experience and continued performance of your electric vehicle, we recommend periodic servicing at RYDO authorized service centers.
